Ingredients
- 18 green or black figs
- 125g blue cheese, diced
- 18 very thin slices of proscuitto
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Make two cuts across the top of the figs and push from the base to open the fig like a flower. Stuff with a piece of blue cheese and place on a serving platter.
- Drape proscuitto across and around the stuffed figs. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, dust with black pepper and serve immediately.
