Ingredients
Serves 4
- 185g minced pork
- 125g crab meat
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 teaspoons red curry paste (Thai)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons thick coconut cream
Method
- Mix the pork, crab, onion, coriander & peanuts
- Combine the curry paste, salt, fish sauce and coconut cream – this ensure all ingredients are mixed well before adding to the pork mixture
- Stir in the coconut mixture into the pork and mix well
- Shape the mixture into equal size patties and pan fry or grill until cooked
- Serve as they are or with a soy dipping sauce
