Ingredients
Serves 6 - 8
- 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Sherry vinegar
- 2 tbs Extra Virgin olive oil
- 12 fresh oysters, removed from the shell
Method
- Puree the tomatoes in a blender with the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and oil.
- Transfer to shot glasses and top with an oyster. A dash of Tabasco or chilli sauce can be added if desired.
