Riverina, NSW
The Riverina is most famous for the production of dessert wines, particularly Botrytis Semillon. It’s the home of De Bortoli’s Bilbul Winery out of which their world renowned Noble One comes. As well as dessert wines, the Riverina is associated with bulk wines which comes as no surprise given it’s bigger than all the other regions of New South Wales combined and is the second largest wine producing region in Australia.
