Wine Selectors will then designate a carrier who will make arrangements by phone with the Member for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have the membership details on the outside of the carton. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Wine Selectors, the membership account will be credited.
Undeliverable Wines If a carton of wine is deemed undeliverable by the assigned carrier, they will advise Wine Selectors, who will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery.
