Q 1: Can I choose my own wines whenever I need to?

A 1: Yes. You can choose wines from our comprehensive cellar list with quality across every price range. These wines are available in convenient 6 packs at our low regular prices and even lower Member prices, making it easy to secure quality wines for every occasion. You’ll also find some stand-out, straight 6 pack or dozen wines that particularly impressed our Tasting Panel in our online Wine Shop. Members who belong to a regular delivery program may also choose to re-order straight cases of particular favourites discovered while enjoying their Tasting selections.

Q 2: How much wine can I buy?

A 2: There really is no limit to the amount of wine that you can purchase, unless indicated in a particular special offer. For large purchases, it is preferable that you contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 303 307. We recommend, if you’re catering for a holiday season such as Christmas, you order early to ensure prompt delivery.

Q 3: I don't know much about wines, which ones are good?

A 3: You can rest assured that all wines purchased through Wine Selectors are of fantastic quality thanks to our expert Tasting Panel’s stringent selection process. That said, sometimes it is hard to know what wine to choose for which occasion. We believe the best wine for you is the wine you enjoy, at a price you’re happy to pay.
The easiest way to ensure you receive a wide variety of good quality wines at the price that suits while also enhancing your wine knowledge is to join one of our regular Wine Selections. Each wine selection is chosen by our expert Tasting Panel and comes with a free copy of Selector Wine Food Life magazine and a member bulletin featuring the latest program updates as well as information on Wine Selector Events. Each Tasting selection comes with informative Tasting Notes, featuring food matches, information on the wine and region and cellaring information.

Also, our online Cellar features over 80 wines rated by our expert Tasting Panel as the very best quality across every price range. Wine Search is another of our online services that allows you to enter your taste and price preferences so you can discover available wines that suit you perfectly. As your palate and preferences change, you can update and fine tune this fantastic service on an ongoing basis.

Q 4: I just like sweet wines, can you help?

A 4: Most of our wines are medium to dry style, however, we can introduce you to many styles that may appeal to your palate, such as: unctuous and luscious Viognier; tropical fruit-driven whites, like Swan Valley Verdelho; and the occasional aromatic Gewürtztraminer. We also feature sweet wine offers from time to time in our catalogues and on our web site.

Q 5: What happens at your Events?

A 5: Wine Selectors Events provide exceptional wine, delicious food and wonderful life experiences. They range from vineyard tours, to winemakers’ dinners, to race days and wine education courses. They are an opportunity to meet some of Australia’s leading winemakers as well as fun and interesting people from every walk of life. Regular Wine Deliveries

Q 1: If I really like one of the wines in my Tasting Selection, can I order more of that wine only?

A 1: In most cases you can, but only while stocks last! You may choose to re-order the same selection again, or if there is a particular wine you enjoyed we can try and get it as a straight case for you. Otherwise one of our wine consultants can recommend a similar wine to suit your requirements. Simply call our Customer Service Team on 1300 303 307 to order.

Q 2: Are the prices of my Tasting Selections always the same as the first one I receive?

A 2: Not always. Some selections may be slightly more expensive and some may be cheaper, however we try and keep the higher price variation minimal. And of course your member price will always be surprisingly less than recommended retail prices.

Q 3: Do I have to have equal mix of reds and whites in my selections?

A 3: Only if you select the mixed dozen as your style preference. Our wines are prepacked, however by simply calling us before your delivery is despatched you can change your style preference to an all red or all white selection to meet your specific requirements.

Q 4: What if I want to change my mix?

A 4: With the exception of the Chairman's Series, you can alter the style preference of your mixed, red or white selections at any time, provided it has not already been despatched. Call us on 1300 303 307 and we'll promptly change your preference.

Q 5: What is the price range on regular wine deliveries?

A 5: We have a range of superb wine selections, catering for every budget and lifestyle. They range from our Seasonal Selections that have a bottle average price of less than $10, right through to our Chairman's Series, featuring ultra-premium wines with a bottle average price of around $40. The price may vary depending on the region the wine is coming from. For example, in areas such as Coonawarra or Margaret River, the wines may be slightly higher in value, however we do try to keep any price variation to a minimum. The price also varies depending on whether you are ordering a white, red or mixed selection. Click on Regular Deliveries for more information on prices.

Q 6: Am I under any on-going commitment if I join a regular wine selection?

A 6: No. Our regular wine selections are completely flexible. If you are unable to take delivery, simply call us before it's due to despatch and we'll hold that delivery. There is no financial catch or penalty if you decide to skip or stop your wine plan deliveries.

Q 7: Do I get anything if I nominate any other people to receive regular wine selections?

A 7: Yes. We have a refer a friend program. For every person you nominate who receives regular wine selections, we will send you a special thank you gift, There is no limit to the number of people you can refer, just fax us the details on 1300 130 220, give our Customer Service team a call on 1300 303 307 or Click here to refer a friend on-line.

Q 3: What happens if I move?

A 3: When you know your new address, fax it to us on 1300 130 220, or update your details directly on our website. Alternatively you can call our Customer Service Team on 1300 303 307. You should do this as soon as possible after you move because your wine is delivered automatically every three months to the current address we have on file.

Delivery

Q 1: Will I have problems with wine being delivered because of where I live?

A 1: We will endeavour to deliver direct to your home* or business. If delivery is difficult due to remote areas or security buildings we can make alternate arrangements that will suit your requirements. Just let us know your requirements and we are confident that we can deliver. 
    *In remote locations you may have to pick up the wines from the depot in the nearest town.

Q 2: I live in a unit and can't have it delivered to my home, where else can you deliver it to?

A 2: We can deliver your wine to your place of work. Alternatively we can request that Australia Post leave a calling card and you can arrange to pick up your wines at a time convenient to you.

Q 3: Is there a separate charge for delivery of wine?

A 3: Yes, there is a freight charge and it varies depending on where you would like your wine delivered. You can view charges by postcode range here. If you spend in excess of $350 on any one order, freight is free!

Q 4: How long does it take for my wines to arrive?

A 4: After receipt of your details and order, deliveries take anywhere between 5 to 10 days on average, depending on where you live.

Membership

Q 1: What happens if I'm already another wine club member?

A 1: That's great - it's clear that you like wines! While many wine clubs simply offer wine, Wine Selectors is Australia’s largest, truly independent direct supplier of wine. We have the ability to offer you major label wines as well as premium boutique wines normally only available from Cellar Door. Q 2: Will my membership automatically be renewed each year?
