June Results

In June we asked you if you would be interested in new products and services that could potentially be offered by Wine Selectors. We also asked you what incentives would increase your likelihood of purchasing from us.

Overall, the results were extremely encouraging with a large number of respondents stating they are happy with the quality, range and service offered by Wine Selectors and don’t necessarily think that we need to take the focus off this area.

There were some who showed an interest in other products and we’re taking their feedback on board. For example, in the coming year, we’re exploring the possibility of offering products such as wine glasses. In terms of incentives, the most popular suggestions were wine and vouchers, which is great because a selection of these is included in our exclusive Member offers.

Some respondents also expressed a keen interest in being able to access their personal account records online. Our web team is working hard to implement a series of improvements to our website and as our Online Marketing Manager Marcus Falley says,

“We know that having access to account information online is fundamental to a great online user experience for Wine Selectors customers. We are working hard to ensure that additional features will become available to our customers in a secure and user friendly online environment in the coming months.”

While we received some extremely helpful suggestions this month, the general sentiment was best summed up by one of our respondents, “Nothing would increase the likelihood that I would purchase. I would purchase from Wine Selectors regardless because I love your selection of wines and the information that comes with it.” It’s reassuring to hear from our Members that we’re on the right track and we’ll continue to maintain our focus on providing high quality wine at competitive prices.
