Congratulations Dr Paul Buddery, you’ve won a 6-pack of premium quality wine valued at over $250! Paul won this fantastic prize by simply filling in our March survey, then telling us his idea of the perfect meal to accompany a bottle of Bird in Hand Merlot 2007. Paul suggested seared scallops with prosciutto, herb crusted rack of lamb with seasonal vegetables and roast chat potatoes, followed by a cheese platter with vintage cheddar, brie and blue cheese, which we thought was a match made in sensory heaven.

In March we asked you whether you recommend Wine Selectors to family and friends and whether you’d be interested in some new social events. This survey was a huge success and we were thrilled with the results. We are proud to say that almost 90% of our Members promote and recommend Wine Selectors to family and friends, with the most compelling reason for this recommendation being the quality of our wine.

Private wine tastings proved to be particularly popular with our Members, with almost 68% of respondents indicating they were interested in hosting such an event. This response has prompted us to investigate the possibility of offering private wine tastings in the near future, so keep an eye on our website for all the latest events news.
