Rose

Australia’s fresh and vibrant Rosés are generally produced from red grape varieties such as Shiraz and Grenache, with only minimal contact on skins to give the wines their signature ‘blush’. When choosing a Rosé, look for wines displaying red cherry, strawberry and/or raspberry flavours, sometimes even with a hint of earth and spice. A fantastic food wine, Rosé is great alongside salads, antipasto platters, fish dishes or even your favourite curry. And remember, Rosés are best served young and chilled.
