Goyamin Pool Cabernet Malbec 2006

This blend is deep inky purple in colour with lifted aromas of blackcurrant, plum, tobacco and cedary oak. The grapes were only partially crushed, with the remaining whole berries left to ferment. This ensured a level of carbonic maceration, enhancing the cherry flavours. Great flavour support on the palate from use of both French and American oak during maturation.
