Di Giorgio Sterita Chardonnay 2006

Stefano Di Giorgio arrived in Australia from Italy in 1952. Still family owned and operated today the winery produces premium South Australian wines. This Chardonnay underwent cold fermentation in stainless steel and was bottled early to retain freshness. Rich and varietal, a perfumed nose and sweet fruit flavours are followed by a hint of herbaceousness. This is a young drinking style.
