David O'Dea and family were pioneers of the Cowra wine industry. The vision for the winery was to combine the latest technology with traditional techniques and to reduce the critical time between picking and crushing. Medium straw to green, aromas of tropical fruit and preserved pineapple flow through to the palate. Clean and fruit driven in style.
