Wild Oats Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2006

The Wild Oats label was created in honour of founder Bob Oatley’s winning success with his maxi yacht of the same name. Separate parcels of fruit were fermented by neutral cultured yeasts in stainless steel to capture the juicy fruit flavours, lively texture and characteristic grassy notes of the two varietals. The palate is positive and precise with a core of juicy fresh fruit flavours.
