Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions

Referring Member

• Any Wine Selectors customer that has a member number*
• Must be an active** customer and member at time of eligibility for gift
• NAB Cellar Selections or Diners Club Cellar Door members are not eligible
• Referring member must not owe Wine Selectors any money (examples include, but are not limited to: on the 45 Days Overdue Debt List or On Credit Hold or In Collection)

New Member

• A new member must join a ‘WS’ Society for the referring member to be eligible for gift, ie HVWS, RS, SS, CH, WM
• The new member must have received and paid in full their new member pack for the referring member to be eligible to receive the gift
• Due to privacy legislation, the new membership must be authorised and set up by the nominee and not by the referring member
• An ex-wine plan member rejoining a different plan as a new member, post 12 months from cancelling their original wine plan

Not Eligible

• When the ‘new member’ is an already an existing ‘active’ WS customer.  Eg, they then add another WS wine plan to their membership
• Any ex-wine plan member rejoining their original wine plan
• Any ex-wine plan member rejoining a different plan as a new member, pre 12 months from cancelling their original wine plan

Refer a Friend Gift
• The program gift is subject to change at any time or while stocks last
• The program gift eligibility is subject to change at any time
• A select number of gifts will be reserved post campaign to honour lagging customers


o i.e. a referring member provides lead/s in campaign period one but is not eligible for gift until campaign period two, referring member will receive campaign one gift, unless stocks have run out in which case they will receive the current offer


Definitions

~ Eligible regular tasting selections include Regional Series and Hunter Valley Wine Society only

* Member number: does not include WS employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, Corporate accounts, advertisers, accounts and general

** Active: Active at a customer level, may not be flagged as On Credit Hold or In Collection.  Member level, must be Active at member level.
