Riesling

Said to express its origin or vineyard better than any other grape variety, Riesling performs exceptionally well in the Clare and Eden Valley, Grampians, Great Southern and Tasmania. Light to medium bodied, semi-sweet to dry and aged, Riesling’s varied styles can offer a host of food matching possibilities. Seafood and pork are great paired with Riesling, as are salads, finger foods and even lightly spiced food – making this variety great for parties when there are many different tastes to please.
