Terms & Conditions section
1. Entry is open to: all Wine Selectors customers, other than employees of Australian Wine Selectors (AWS), Locked Bag 229, Hunter Region MC NSW 2310 and the families of those employees.
2. Entry is made by: purchasing 12 bottles or more from Wine Selectors, including Regular Delivery cases, or subscribing to Selector magazine and answering the Mariner Food & Wine Canal Cruise prize question during the competition timeframe.
3. All entrants must be over the age of eighteen (18). NT residents are ineligible to enter.
4. The competition will be run from 15 April 2010 – 30 September 2010. The promoter's decision concerning receipt is final. An employee of Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd will select the winning entry on Friday 8 October 2010 at Australian Wine Selectors, Wine Centre, Wright Lane, Newcastle.

7. All entries become the property of the promoter, Australian Wine Selectors Pty Ltd, and may be used in future marketing exercises. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

8e. The Mariner Food & Wine Canal Cruise prize itinerary and prices are correct at the time of issue but subject to changes without notice
9. The entry judged to be "most creative" will receive the prize. The prize is not transferable nor redeemable for cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the writing of these conditions and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
10. The winner will be notified by phone on Tuesday 12 October 2010 and their prize provided to them once delivery details are confirmed.
