With this pristine lemon coloured Gewürz they’ve proved that this fresh variety has shaken off its sweet 70s image to emerge triumphant as a great match to chicken, seafood and Asian fare. It presents lychee, wild honey and a hint of toffee on the nose. The dry palate is a lovely mid weight style with a core of subtle lychee and honey flavours, zesty, spicy length and fresh acidity.
