Dominique Portet is the ninth generation Portet to have a winemaking career! Having graduated from Oenology at Montpellier University and spent vintages in some of France’s most famous regions, he’s made his home in the Yarra Valley. With its pale onion skin colour and spicy, savoury notes on the nose, this Rosé is quite Old World in style. Its beautiful texture and perfect blend of red fruits and savoury notes lead to a long finish with a lovely, slightly oily texture.
