With over 150 years of winemaking heritage they’ve certainly had time to perfect their product and this Sparkling is testament to their exacting standards. With a fine, persistent bead, it shows light peach and leesy citrus aromas with a light bready lift. The palate is long, minerally and juicy with a good core of peach and lemon and leesy complexity.
