Arras Grand Vintage Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir 2003 is a wine of outstanding quality, enriched by the great complexity of character that follows five years tirage. Crystal clear with a fine and persistent bead and mousse, it is medium straw in colour with a fresh gold hue. The nose displays a complex mixture of aromas including honey, biscuits, truffle and Swiss mushrooms and the distinct aromas of sea brine. The palate has a truly epicurean mix of characters reminiscent of the above aromas. The structure is tight and seamless with a strong natural acid backbone.
 
From the Yarrabank range, the Yering Station Yarrabank Sparkling Cuvee 2006 is a joint venture between Champagne Veuve A. Devaux and Yering Station and was favoured by our Tasting Panel for its fantastic complexity. Medium gold in colour with a slight blush. Rich aromas lift from the glass with hints of yeast, toast and bread. It’s an intense Sparkling with a complex palate featuring nutty notes, wonderfully balanced acidity and honeyed intensity.
