The Mount Pleasant Classic Semillon 2007 features lifted lemon and slight toasty aromas introducing a palate with a zesty core of ripe, varietal citrus and tight, minerally acidity.
 
Tyrrell's Vat 1 Semillon 2004 has a nose of gorgeous lemon butter, lanolin and toast aromas with a lifted freshness. Amazingly juicy, the palate has a fresh fruit core with lemon, straw, talc and secondary notes of honey and buttered toast.
 
Pale lemon in colour, the Pokolbin Estate Ken Bray Semillon 2009 exudes classic lemon, lanolin and straw aromas while the palate shows regional Hunter signatures of preserved lemon and cut grass on the palate with fine acidity, line and length.
 
From First Creek, the Winemaker's Reserve Semillon 2009 is a delight with lifted lemon and slight toasty aromas preceding a lively palate full of ripe, varietal citrus flavours, minerally acidity and some secondary toast developing on the finish.
