Rosemount and De Bortoli red dozen

Wine lovers are in luck with six bottles each of these two reds - they’ll get your taste buds dancing! Enjoy the sublime flavours of the De Bortoli DB Family Selection Cabernet Merlot 2009 and the Rosemount Twilight Harvest Shiraz 2010.
 
The Cabernet Merlot was crafted from Riverina fruit and is an inviting medium red colour in the glass. It has an earthy and plummy nose, leading to a soft and fleshy palate with red and black fruit flavours, plus a hint of peppery complexity. The subtle background oak provides additional structure. These mouth-watering characteristics make this wine the perfect match for yellow curry with lamb and eggplant. The Shiraz is from talented winemaker, Matt Koche, and is densely coloured, fragrantly aromatic and has a ripe nose of dark fruits and vibrant berry aromas. It is soft and mouth-watering with fragrant, juicy and plush flavours, all of which lead to a delicious savoury finish. Enjoy this wine with an antipasto platter.
