Traminer is a not so widely planted variety in the Hunter Valley, yet it produces some fine aromatic white wines like this excellent example which complements a wide range of foods.
Winemaker Dan Binet has excelled in creating this stunning, food-friendly white. It has a neutral, water white appearance and an expressive nose offering aromas of musk and vanilla. In the mouth it has a lovely balance of fruit sweetness and musk flavours and a smooth, rich texture that make it a great partner with spicy Asian food. This poolside delight is perfect when served chilled with food.
