Having been in the Langhorne Creek region for over 20 years, the Willson family has an intimate understanding of their vineyards. The result is traditional, full bodied, full flavoured, mouth filling wines that show a consistency of style whilst encouraging the true varietal grape characteristics to be expressed. This stunning Sauvignon Blanc is pale to mid straw in colour with lifted aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and a hint of herbaceousness. It is clean, crisp and refreshing with a juicy fruit core and cleansing acidity.
