On the outskirts of Gumeracha, the Chain of Ponds winery was established in the mid 1980s and released their first vintage in 1988. Since then, the team has consistently produced regional beauties like this bright, pale lemon coloured classic white blend. The nose has restrained citrus notes with hints of dried herbs. It’s vibrant, clean and tight with delicate citrus and light tropical characters.
