Named after a local NSW bushranger, this Captain Starlight Merlot blend delivers lashings of unique fruit flavours that are as regional and Australian as the infamous outlaw himself.
 
This blend has a deep purple colour with inky fruit ripeness on the nose with some rhubarb and spice notes. Appealingly complex fruit flavours of black cherry and currant, with savoury, earthy characters and hints of cedary oak.
