With an aim to reflect the characteristics of the vineyard in their wines, the Frankland Estate team has put the heart of Western Australia's Frankland River into this fine blend. It's complex and fragrant with dark fruit, red berry, dusty cedar and exotic spice aromas complemented by earthy, tobacco and mocha notes. The palate is in layers of rich, concentrated, velvety-textured fruit flavours. There are distinctive earthy, savoury notes wound around tight-knit, silky fine tannins, ending with a long, lingering finish.
