This blend from the legendary Grant Burge is the result of a fine Barossa vintage combined with the deep red, sandy loam soils of the Daly Road vineyard, which Grant Burge says is “perfect for producing finely textured wine with great complexity”.
Presenting a lovely deep red colour, it features blackberry, dark cherry, earth and roasted meat aromas. The rich mouthfeel has supple layers of black fruits, a generous framework of tannins and a lingering peppery finish.
