Grant Burge’s Senior Winemaker Craig Stansborough has given the classic Australian-style Shiraz a fresh twist with the well-balanced addition of Mourvèdre.
This delicious southern Rhône-inspired blend has a medium cherry red appearance. Its nose exhibits inviting cherry and raspberry jube aromas. In the mouth, cherry berry flavours are backed by smooth tannins and savoury length.
