Seriously Pink is a vibrant new style to be enjoyed as an aperitif or on a lazy afternoon either over ice or as an impressive wine cocktail. It's the brainchild of winemaker Jen Pfeiffer who had this to say about her creation, Much has been said about the need to revamp the fortified wine market, to encourage new wine drinkers to discover the joy of fortified wines. In making Seriously Pink, I wanted to challenge the notion that fortified wines are only for after dinner sipping - the Pink is an easy to drink, aperitif style wine that is seriously fun.
 
The Panel was taken with its pretty pink colour and strawberry aromas with an intense spirit lift. They found the palate delicate yet intense with sherry spirit over tasty, juicy, savoury fruit.
