Thorn-Clarke has been awarded multiple Trophies and has quickly become a Barossa institution renowned for producing quality wines, just like this wonderfully ripe Chardonnay.
Thorn-Clarke’s wines continuously impress our Tasting Panel, vintage after vintage. This Chardonnay, named after the local migratory Sandpiper bird, was crafted using handpicked fruit from Thorn-Clarke’s cool climate Eden Valley vineyard. It is lemon in colour with floral, stonefruit and oak aromas and has a tight yet creamy texture, with excellently balanced fruit and oak. Its wonderfully ripe palate is supported by lovely natural acidity.
