The fruit for this Reserve Sparkling was sourced from the cool climate region of Orange resulting in a pale lemon colour with fresh, zesty citrus and stonefruit aromas. It’s clean and fruity with citrus, brioche and talc flavours and has vibrant acidity on the finish.
