From the Yarrabank range, this Sparkling is a joint venture between Champagne Veuve A. Devaux and Yering Station and was favoured by our Tasting Panel for its fantastic complexity.
Yering Station is Victoria’s oldest winery and is based in the highly acclaimed Yarra Valley region with Chief Winemaker Willy Lunn at the helm. This Sparkling Cuvée is medium gold in colour with a slight blush. Rich aromas lift from the glass with hints of yeast, toast and bread. It’s an intense Sparkling with a complex palate featuring nutty notes, wonderfully balanced acidity and honeyed intensity.
