Light red in the glass, this bottle-aged Pinot has a lifted meaty complexity with ripe strawberry notes. The palate is hearty, warm and gamey with juicy fruit and a great backbone of acidity with mouth-filling fruit flavours, velvety tannins and great length. Beautifully developed.
