Willy Lunn who is chief winemaker for Yering Station, Victoria's first vineyard, says he loves the “pure elegance and concentration” of this Pinot Noir.
Opening with raspberry, plum, vanillin spice, cinnamon and oak aromas, it has a plush, velvety palate with a beautiful texture and weight. Deluxe, ripe and juicy flavours of red berry, plum and cranberry with tea leaf and bakers spice are complemented by layers of velvety tannins.
