Vermentino is a popular white varietal of Italian origin that’s really making its mark. The Gudilly Vermentino 2022 in this collection delivers a fine focus with intense fruit presence, touches of herb and fennel, crunchy acidity to balance the sweet fruit, and a mouth-watering finish. It has been beautifully matched with the Fenêtre Lavande Pinot Gris 2023, a French-style Pinot G using fruit from South Australia’s Limestone Coast.
