The Doc Adams team draws on the 750 million years of geology that have gone into forming their McLaren Vale property to produce outstanding regional reds like this seamless Cabernet.
This Cabernet presents a mix of black fruit jam, cassis, crushed leaf, mint and graphite on the nose. The seamless palate has weighty layers of sweet dark berry fruit, licorice and dried herb with a velvety texture. It’s showing regional notes of bitter chocolate, ripe tannins and spiced oak through to the mouth-watering finish.
