Dan Binet is one of the more experimental winemakers in the Hunter, continuously pushing the boundaries with new varieties and interesting blends.
Red to purple in the glass. Juicy aromas of blackberry, blood plum, spice and leather. Medium bodied yet richly fruited with sweet dark berry and plum, velvety deep tannins giving length and flavour sweetness crisp acidity and chocolatey oak in support.
