This Chardonnay is the result of a partnership between Burgundian winemaker Pascal Marchand, ex-régisseur from Domaine Comte Armand and Domaine De La Vougeraie and Jeff Burch, vigneron and owner of Howard Park and MadFish Wines.
Bright pale gold in the glass, it has a nose full of lime juice and spice over nougat and nectarine. Intensely fruity yet with rapier-like acidity providing balance to the citrussy, minerally palate with just a hint of crushed leaf, cool climate herbaceousness and amazing pulpy, textural length. Absolutely delicious with a mouth-watering salty finish.
