Mt. Monster Wines are made by the Bryson family whose winemaking history dates back five generations and 150 years. They only produce varieties suited to South Australia’s Limestone Coast, including Cabernet, of course!
Medium to full red in the glass, this Cabernet has a lifted nose of black fruits, graphite, earth and crushed leaf. Rich, soft and elegant, it has a spicy core of juicy dark fruits, hints of olive, earth and mint chocolate, ripe tannins and subtle cedary oak. Really ripe and flavoursome with excellent length and persistence.
