Full, deep red in colour, it displays aromas of red berry, spice, licorice, smoked oyster and cedary oak. Black fruit flavours in a generous compote of red fruit and plums, licorice and Xmas cake characterise the multi-layered palate, which has a beautiful texture, rich tannin depth and spicy, peppery length.
