Rosabrook Chenin Blanc 2011

Capturing the essence of the Margaret River since the early 80s, Rosabrook produces fruit-driven wines with great intensity. The team aren’t afraid of experimenting with lesser-grown varieties either, presenting an elegant, spicy Chenin Blanc.
 
An exceptionally long Indian summer led to the earliest vintage on record for winemaker Brian Fletcher and the team, ensuring the fruit was harvested at optimum ripeness to achieve the flavour and finesse Rosabrook is renowned for. Pale green in colour, it shows lovely pineapple and paw paw aromas, which follow through to the elegant and mineral-driven palate. A fine, regional wine with good mouthfeel and spicy acidity.
