Seville Estate says you have until 2020 to enjoy this Yarra Valley Pinot. But the Tasting Panel says, why wait? With its beautifully savoury palate, it’s perfect with a light meal of mushroom risotto topped with pecorino.
Presenting a light to medium red hue, it has a very toasty, oak-driven nose with aromas of spicy red berry, earth and charcuterie. The savoury palate has notes of smoke, earth and black cherry with meaty tannins, spicy acidity and loads of smoky, toasty oak.
