Three Ponds Fiano 2014

Owned by the Iannuzzi and Tsironis families, Three Ponds combines European and modern Australian traditions of winemaking and viticulture to produce Hunter Valley classics along with emerging varieties like this 2014 Fiano crafted by Andrew Spinaze.
 
This Fiano is pale lemon in colour with vibrant pear and white peach aromas. Its texture is tight and bright with crisp lemony fruit, firm acidity and savoury length. It finishes with Fiano’s trademark salty, mouth-watering acidity.
