Wirra Wirra The Lost Watch Riesling 2012

This Riesling is named after the watch lost by founder Greg Trott who went on to tell the time by the sun. The same natural approach was used in the production of this Riesling – with a lot more reliability!
 
This Adelaide Hills Riesling presents a nose of lime juice purity and wet stone minerality. The palate is quite rich and full with loads of lime juice varietal flavours and a subtle layer of tropical fruit. It finishes beautifully with spicy acidity and length. A refreshing match with natural oysters with wakame and mirin.
