Xabregas is named after a Lisbon monastery of the same name where Terry and Wendy Hogan were inspired to begin their Western Australian winery that has gone on to produce stunning wines like this 2011 Cabernet.
Dense black fruit aromas with notes of herbs and spice open this dark red black Cabernet. Rich and concentrated, savoury, textural and layered, the palate shows saturated black fruits, pepper and coffee essence underpinned by lovely oak harmony.
