A lighter style of Vermentino with great energy. It swept all comers to win the Champion Wine of Show at the Australian Italian Varieties Wine Show in 2022.
Pale with green freshness. Herb, fennel, apple and citrus aromas. Tangy entry of grapefruit, apple, lemon, white peach and white melon, soft texture, and a dry, talc-like finish. A lovely example of the variety that's great with or without food.
