Delivery Policy: Wine Selectors has Members all around the country. For that reason we put a lot of time and effort into making sure that we have the best possible delivery network to get your wines to you.
Our Delivery Carriers: Currently Wine Selectors uses Australia Post to deliver to all States and Territories, with the exception of Queensland which is serviced by XL Parcel Express. Australia Post is committed to providing Wine Selectors with a high-quality parcel service and is able to provide consistent on-time delivery through their modern and efficient networks. XL Parcel Express is committed to providing Wine Selectors with a fast, efficient and effective distribution network servicing all Queensland areas.
Where do we deliver? Wine Selectors can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as being in International waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live in, please contact Customer Service on 1300 303 307. Please note that all Australia Post deliveries to rural areas will be left at the local Post Office. XL Parcel Express deliveries to rural Queensland can be collected from the courier’s depot or delivered to an alternate address within the Township. The Member will need to specify new delivery instructions. Please note that for ease of delivery and tracking of your wine, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your wine can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.

Calling Cards: Occasionally Australia Post may leave your wine at the local Post Office as they have been unable to deliver to your specified delivery address. In this instance Australia Post will leave a Calling Card for you, advising the location of your wine. If Australia Post does not hear from you within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, they will contact Wine Selectors to clarify further action. A similar process exists for our Queensland Members. If XL Parcel Express leaves you a Calling Card, you must arrange for the redelivery or collection within 7 days of notification. XL Parcel Express will contact Wine Selectors to clarify further action if no response is received from the member. Please note - legally wine cannot be delivered to persons under the age of 18.
Returns Policy: Wine Selectors are happy to accept returns from our Members provided the following guidelines are met: The Member should contact our Customer Service department within 30 days of the delivery to authorise the collection of goods and must be able to supply relevant information so that we can arrange a carrier to complete the task. We will then designate the task to a carrier, requesting for goods to be collected and returned. The designated carrier will then make arrangements by phone with the Member for the goods to be collected at a mutually convenient time. The goods must be in good order and have the membership details on the outside of the carton. The wines will be collected by the assigned carrier. Upon the receipt and validation of returned goods to Wine Selectors, the membership account will be credited.
Undeliverable Wines: The carrier will advise Wine Selectors if they are unable to deliver a particular carton of wine. We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. |
