Barwick Estates (White Label) Chardonnay 2007 |
| A cool climate wine, the fruit for this Chardonnay was picked in the cool of the night, crushed, pressed, then cold settled and fermented to allow varietal expression. The wine was then left on lees for six months, with regular stirring to ensure a luscious line and length. Savoury white peach aromas lift with a hint of lime, some nutty complexities, and lots of sweet vanillin oak.
