This is a blend of two cool climate regions; the Sauvignon Blanc component hails from the King Valley while Semillon fruit is sourced from the Strathbogie Ranges. Amazingly lifted and zesty, it combines passionfruit and lemongrass aromas with some sweet apple blossom characters. The flavours of lime and just cut grass are dominant on the tight palate with a refreshing citrus, acid profile.
